It’s hard to believe that 2011 is here and 2010 is a thing in the past. Life is back to normal after the holidays and with it comes all of the normal responsibilities…such as menu planning.

What a great menu! Have you made the Chicken Chow Mein before? I’m definitely going to try that one.
I made it yesterday and we weren’t too impressed with it. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good enough to make again.
