Spending the day at my in-law’s house…and I’m looking forward to a yummy birthday dinner of shrimp tacos and chocolate cupcakes! :-)

Tuesday
Breakfast – Carrot Spice Muffins
Lunch – Bean and Cheese Taquitos
Dinner – Spaghetti

Wednesday
Breakfast – Baked Oatmeal
Lunch – Creamy Garlic Penne
Dinner – Chicken Pot Pie

Thursday
Breakfast – Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Pizookie
Lunch – Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches
Dinner – Chili

Friday
Breakfast – Waffles
Lunch – Bean and Cheese Taquitos
Dinner – Hamburgers

Saturday
Breakfast – Leftovers
Lunch – Lunch at Outback for my Birthday :-)
Dinner – Ground Beef Vegetable Soup

Melinda’s Menu Plan

I am not assigning each meal to a day; life has been a bit unpredictable of late so I just made a list of meals that I can pick from each day. Hopefully that will make it easier to make something that will fit into the day’s activities. I also still have quite a few meals in my freezer. Because of that, I only have three lunch meals planned. For the rest of dinners and lunches we will be eating leftovers and freezer meals.
