Weekly Menu Plan

Similar to last week’s menu plan, I’m planning to make waffles every morning for breakfast this week. :-) Any that are leftover at the end of the week will be stuck in the freezer for after our baby makes his/her appearance.

Sunday
Breakfast – Waffles
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Hearty Chicken Pumpkin Soup 

Monday
Breakfast – Blueberry Buttermilk Waffles
Lunch – Mom’s
Dinner – Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

Tuesday
Breakfast – Pumpkin Molasses Waffles
Lunch – Bean and Cheese Taquitos (in the freezer from a couple of weeks ago)
Dinner – Baked Potatoes

Wednesday
Breakfast – Banana Brownie Waffles
Lunch – Creamy Garlic Penne
Dinner – Ground Beef Chimichangas 

Thursday
Breakfast – Cinnamon Belgian Waffles
Lunch – Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches
Dinner – Chicken Alfredo

Friday
Breakfast – Chocolate Pumpkin Waffles
Lunch – Quesadillas
Dinner – Pizza

Saturday
Breakfast – Leftovers
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Crockpot Enchiladas
